圣阳蓄电池的安装

圣阳蓄电池打开包装后应按随箱附带的装箱单清点电池及其附件，检查其是否齐全。若不齐

全应马上与我公司售后服务部联系(联系电话0451-86667868)

圣阳蓄电池在连接前，先用细丝钢刷将端子刷至出现金属光泽，以将连接电阻降至最低

薔电池均荷电出厂，在安装过程中，严禁短路，电池组电压较高，应使用绝缘工具进行

安装，防止电击；

电池组连接完成后，应检查电池系统总电压及电池正负极摆放是否正确，防止安装反极；

电池组连接完成若不马上加电应使电源与圣阳蓄电池处于断路状态，防止圣阳蓄电池严重过放电

甚至报废

圣阳蓄电池组通电前，应检查电池连接与输出端子总成连接用的每一个螺丝是否拧紧，

扭矩应达到20~25Nm。

充电设备应具有恒压限流功能，给圣阳蓄电池充电时，稳压精度应达到±1%

*螺栓虚连将导致连接压降过大，甚至在电流较大时大量发热将圣阳蓄电池烧毁

INSTALLATION

Check the quantity of batteries and accessories according to the packing list in the box after unpack-

ing the batteries. Please contract Post Sales Service Center(Contact No:+86-451-86667868)

immediately,if there is a lack of batteries or accessories

Please clean and polish the terminal by brush made of fine steel wires so as to minimize connecting

resistance

All batteries leave the factory with electric charge. Prohibit short circuit, and installed by insulation

tools to prevent electric shock during the process of installation

After finishing connection of battery bank, check the total voltage of battery bank and prevent

reversing the poles

If connected battery bank is not connected with commercial power, disconnect batteries and power

supply immediately, to prevent the batteries from over-discharging seriously or even from totally failing

Before using, need to make sure the whole battery pack connection and all screws of leading -out

terminal assmbly are tight. Torque value should reach 20-25N.m

The charging equipment has the capacity to limit the current at constant voltage, with regulator

precision eaching t 1%o when charging

If connection and screws not tight enough, the voltage drop will be too big, that could even burn

down the battery pack while the current is relative high
